Where to run in Rabat

A nice place to run in Rabat is the area surrounding the Tour Hassan monument. The path around the tower is less than a mile but it can easily be lengthened by going through the adjacent neighborhoods. Heading east you will find peaceful surroundings. You can admire the monument itself and also the fabulous view of the Bou Regreg river meeting the Atlantic ocean. You will find men and women running, walking and doing aerobics in the park at almost any time of the day.
