Where to run in Grand Forks (British Columbia)

There is a nice trail within Grand Forks (parts of it may still be in development stage) that follows along the right side of the river starting at the north side of town. The trail continues along through City Park. There are also several trails dotted through the area - go to the city website (www.city.grandforks.bc.ca), choose "About Grand Forks" at the top menu, then choose "Recreation" from the blue menu to the left, scroll down until you see hiking, biking, etc. and click on the link: this will open up a booklet the defines the trails throughout the region.
