Where to run in Washington (District of Columbia)

By Bob Birch - Location: Chesapeake and Ohio (C&O) Canal, Georgetown, area South of M Street. Distance: 2.2 miles to Flecther's boathouse, but the trail goes on for almost 200 miles to Pennsylvania. Surface: dirt path along canal, flat. Safety: ok till dusk, heavy use, no lights.
