Where to run in Noceto (Italy)

By Cinzia Arduzzoni - Start from Noceto. Run towards the village named Ghiare. Aa you arrive in Cogollo cross the bridge on the highway then reach the river Taro. From here the road becomes unpaved. Run along the river (it is a regional park) until you reach a series of small lakes. From here you can run back on the same road or you can go through the underpass and find the paved road that connects Ghiare with Noceto. Along the course there are no fountains nor restrooms. The course is not suitable for disabled athletes, since the road is mostly unpaved, and the paved portion is very narrow.
