By Kathleen Hawthorne - Running along the Bosphorus on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey is an amazing experience, and I get to do it everyday! The water-side path runs for miles and you are kept entertained watching all the tankers and ocean liners heading out to sea, as well as the many fishermen who line the edge. Watch out for their flying hooks as they cast, though!
