Where to run in Helsinki (Finland)

Helsinki has many great places to jog or to enjoy long walks. Especially popular are Helsinki's own Central Park (Helsingin Keskuspuisto), which begins from Töölö Bay, and the shoreline by the Old Town Rapids. Helsinki is the capital and largest city of Finland. It is located in the southern part of the nation, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, by the Baltic Sea. It is Finland's administrative center and the center of Finnish cultural life and business activity. There is a large and varied collection of museums, galleries, and performance spaces in the city.
