By Indro Neri - I would suggest to run in the Villa Borghese park. It is very close to via Veneto (Spanish Steps) and is the main running place of the city. Paths are so beautiful. You can start your run from the entrance at the Pincio and from there go to the piazzale Napoleone where the panorama is worth the sweat. From there you can run in different directions as you like.
